| Bob joined Hot Springs Realty in January 2003 and bought the company in January 2006. Bob is most active in real estate sales and development of property on Lake Hamilton and around the greater Hot Springs area. He and his wife Janna, moved to Hot Springs in 2002 after a very successfully business career with Century Tube Corporation. Bob served as Director of North America Sales and Marketing for over 13 years and then as President of the company for over 8 years, until the company was sold in 2001. He has served on numerous local, state, and national civic and corporate boards. He is a member of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. Robert Shannon and Donna Keese Shannon, who had been Lake Hamilton condo weekenders for a number of years, permanently moved from Pine Bluff to their Lake Hamilton home in late 2005.
Robert and Donna both hold degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Robert has a BSBA in Real Estate and Finance and Donna holds a Master of Education degree. Robert's work experiences have been in a family owned lumber and building material business and in financial planning with American Express in Clinton, AR. Donna, retired teacher from Watson Chapel School District in Pine Bluff, having taught first grade for 28 years, has had much experience working with families.
