Bob served as Director of North America Sales and Marketing for over 13 years and then as President of the company for over 8 years, until the company was sold in 2001. Robert Shannon and Donna Keese Shannon, who have been Lake Hamilton condo weekenders for a number of years, have permanently moved from Pine Bluff to their Lake Hamilton home.
Robert and Donna both hold degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Robert has a BSBA in Real Estate and Finance and Donna holds a Master of Education degree. Robert's work experiences have been in a family owned lumber and building material business and in financial planning with American Express in Clinton, AR. Donna, retired teacher from Watson Chapel School District in Pine Bluff, having taught first grade for 28 years, has had much experience working with families.

I am a native of Nebraska and graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a Master's Degree in Music. A REALTOR® for eleven years, I received my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2001...my Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI) certification in 1999. Only 5% of agents nationwide are CRS designees...requirements being extensive education and a required number of closed real estate transactions. I have my Broker's License and am currently an Associate Broker with Hot Springs Realty. In 1996 I began my real estate career with RE/MAX of Loveland (CO) and attained the status of 100% agent. In 2002, I moved to Hot Springs to continue my real estate career and joined Hot Springs Realty in June 2006 as an Associate Broker.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®: For fifteen years I taught secondary school music in Aurora, CO and Hastings, NE. During the ten years in Nebraska, I was elected State Choral Chairman for the Nebraska Music Educators' Association. In 1972, I had the honor of being selected as one of 35 members of the first People-to-People Program to travel to Eastern and Western Europe for conferences with our counterparts. I was also featured in WHO'S WHO IN NEBRASKA.
As an American Airlines Flight Attendant from 1991-94, I was selected to receive the "Professional Flight Attendant Award." Following my employment with American Airlines, I was a Project Manager for a communication's program sponsored by chambers of commerce nationwide.
While living in Dallas, Texas, I was a volunteer collaborating with the Chairman of the Board of the Science Place and a Chinese delegation to prepare for the "China 2000 Years" Exhibit. I was also Interim Chairman of the Board for Ballet Dallas.
Working as an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Partner of a large Dallas law firm gave me great insight to the dealings with large national and international companies.
A most enjoyable part of my life is being a golfer and participating in the PGA and Senior PGA Golf Tournament in Dallas. For 4 years I was the Chairman of the 18th Hole Scoring Tent for the Murata Reunion Pro-AM Senior PGA Golf Tournament and directly involved with tournament planning and tournament coordinators.

Nadra has lived in Hot Springs all her life, an original Hometown resident, and has been active in the real estate business several years.
