Larry is a native of Oklahoma but moved to Hot Springs in 1980. His wife of 30 years, Madelyn, grew up in Hot Springs. After selling his business in 2007, he turned his energy towards becoming a licensed real estate agent. Since that time, he has worked as a real estate salesperson. He enjoys helping people to find that special house that suits their needs. He has three children, twins Luke and Buck Womack, and one daughter Mary Lou Womack. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and his greatest love, playing music.
In his earlier young adult life, he was a professional musician traveling the south and southwest in several different bands. Family life called him to quit traveling, but he still enjoys playing in Hot Springs at many different venues in the city. He is also a member of St Mary’s Catholic Church in Hot Springs where he is part of the choir and works with the youth choir. Since 2008, Larry has taken time out of his busy schedule to do missionary work in Haiti, helping to bring education and clean water to a small village in the middle highlands of Haiti named Colladere.
Larry strives to treat every client with respect and works hard to find that special home for each person. Whether you look at 5 houses or 50 houses, he will continue to give you the time and insight to help you find that dream home you are looking for. If you are selling a house his relationships within the community and with other realtors will help find that person who dreams of owning a house like yours. He will work hard to get you a fair price as quickly as possible. He works with the motto, “It is about you and your needs not about me” .
